About Sprout & Stone Plant Co.

Sprout & Stone Plant Co. is an independent online plant shop carrying a curated catalog of houseplants, succulents & cacti, flowering plants, outdoor & garden greenery, kitchen herbs, and rare collector specimens. Every plant in our catalog is chosen and photographed by hand, with an emphasis on healthy stock and clear, honest care information. We ship in small (4-inch), medium (6-inch), and large (10-inch) pots, offer bulk pricing for offices and event greenery, and maintain a small but growing catalog rather than trying to be everything to everyone.

This site was built as the final project for COMP 3340 - World Wide Web Information Systems Development at the University of Windsor. It demonstrates a full client-server PHP/MySQL application: public browsing and checkout, authenticated user accounts and order history, an administrative back-end for managing products, orders, and user accounts, and a monitoring dashboard reporting the live status of each site subsystem.
